here hear

I'm Here.
I'm a Fan. Robby and Natalie Kalmbach Farrey. Ha! So good. I absolut love this short film. I thought at first the girl robot was using the guy but she really did love him. I recently asked my boyfriend if we were robots and I lost my arm would he give me his. He said probably not so I think Ill date a robot next time around. The rats totally awesome. The robots look so real. I really felt sad in the first scene when the robot was looking out the bus window and there was a robot in a car accident and he was dieing but no one cared. This film, I believe, really makes you think about your life. Don't be the expected.

Watch IT the whole shit here

Well Alright

Day light saving time has begun. I have sprung ahead and lost an hour of my life? What would I have done in that hour that I don’t have any longer? Perhaps escape the thoughts and horrors of reality? Get me out of here. Not to express my irritation towards every which way and what not. I must say that I feel hopelessly excluded from the closeness of it all. Why must I be so far away? Lets take a gander into the extraordinary and fall helplessly into the introspecting. I mean seriously. I don’t want to miss out on my boring lame life. Yes. It is all the while good by itself. Alone and inconvenient. I do not want to mislead you all by telling you that my knee caps are as big as dogs fur but I do want to live inside a pod with you, if only for a minute. So enjoy your days of boredom because what would happen if your whole life changes tomorrow and there would be no boring moments in your life ever again. What a drag. Its almost here. Do as you may, but dont forget about me so soon.

This is what high school is really like.

Paris 2011

Paris Fashion Week. Oh so beautiful. Take me there take me away place me there forever and leave me alone for I am wicked in this sense of dangerous contempt. Seems to me that the next fall/winter 2011 (oh future!) will be a beautiful glorious sea of light ivory and gray shades mixed with suddle blacks.Alexander McQueen, oh my my Queen. You are beautiful. Your last collection is bitter beautiful. Your death and your creations will always be memorable. Inspired by Byzantine Art I must say these pieces are outstanding. I wish you could return.
Karl Lagerfeld, you do know how much I adore you. For I do believe I speak that for the whole world when I say that everyone adores you. You had a slab of Scandinavian ice transported to the Grand Palais in Paris! Who does that? Who thinks of that? This is why I love you. Your entire collection is absolutely gorgeous! Please use my body for your clothing.
Prada, a domination of different. Plain yet simple yet excellent. Miuccia Prada, if it was not for your ideas there would be no skinny pant to wear under a mini skirt. Miu Miu did detailing on this simple outfit which intern makes it so magnificent.According to Vogue, the bow is the new zipper. ChloƩ put this new trend into next fall. Fall 2011 calls for a clean polished look. To achieve this your going to need some bows.Vanessa Bruno gives us a fall line which every women can easily put in her closet. Achieved by a dancer-wrap sweater and some black tights, you can pull off a cozy yet stylish fall winter look. So easy! And I love it.I must say, I love Yves Saint Laurent. Exquisitely tailored exquisitely perfect. I must get myself this jacket cut like a cape. I will feel so powerful.I love this. There is nothing to it. Plain, simple, wonderful. Little to no effort. Not a hint of ruffle or lace. No detailed structure. Just cleaned and polished. Thank you Stella McCartney for reminding us that sometimes all we need is a lot of just that.Riccardo Tisci and Givenchy have mustered my favorite fall winter look yet. The idea of this has been around but Givenchy made all the proportions just right. I love the length of the trousers, and the exaggeration of the hood and shoulders on the jacket. This look completes my well being of life in the fast lane.

Oh my gosh I am dieing for warm weather and spring and summer clothes. But, I must declare I am now looking forward to the cool air of fall once again.

One Day

Thank you Zooey. You are so cool.

Year 2000

Fashion predictions for the year 2000 made in the 1930's.

Plastic

Sometimes the fashion world cracks me up. They really doing extreme outrageous stuff. I do want to be in this world because of how bizarre yet beautiful it is. Only the fashion world can get away with stuff like this.
This work of art is titled Mirror Mirror. It is photography of seven models entering the age of plastics. What they will look like and become after plastic surgery. Photographed by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin and Styling by Panos Yiapanis.

Oscars

Oscars 2010 deemed an excellent show for entertainment but most importantly fashion. Alec Bladwin and Steve Martin did a fabulous job hosting. Humor was there yet not so extreme as to become an annoyance. I have chosen my best and worst fashions of the Academy Awards.I know that Zoe Saldana's Givenchy gown has been getting lots a publicity as ugly, but I adore this dress. I absolutely love the bodice gold sparkle top. The slit is perfectly classy, not too long, and the light to dark purple ruffle is such a bold statement that I would die to wear. Her accessories and her hair were perfect. This dress was a definite risk which Zoe pulled off extremely well. This dress will live forever in Oscar history.
I loved Kristen Stewart's strapless blue silk gown by Monique Lhuillier. She looked beautiful, but, correct me if I am wrong, which I don't believe I am, Kristen needed some earrings. But besides that this dress was absolutely perfect for her. Very Gothic Chique.
This dress is absolutely gorgeous. Rachel McAdams in strapless Elie Saab gown. The colors and the volume of this dress are perfect. One of the best dresses of the evening.SJP of course always has a unique dress on. This Chanel Couture gown is beautiful. I love the detailed back and the simplicity of it all. Very elegant.Maggie Gyllenhaal, not as cute as her brother, but Jake is just as cute as this Dries Van Noten gown. The blue color definitely stood out.Oh Prada! I adore this gown! It is beautiful and unique. Carey Mulligan looked amazing (should have gotten best actress). I love her hair (I almost want to get my hair done just like hers). The earrings the shoes the dress, everything worked.
Very chique very glamorous Aramni Prive. Amanda Seyfried looked amazing. I love this gown.
I am not a big fan of Michael Kors but I am a fan of Tina Fey. I thought she looked amazing. This duo worked very well together.Classy. Very unique. A vintage bohemian look. Reem Acra vintage column gown. I thought this dress was neat and beautiful. But, what the hell are you doing at the Oscars Nicole Richie?
Miley Cyrus looked pretty in this classy Jenny Packham champagne silk gown. But Miley, please work on your posture.
Diane Kruger in Chanel Couture absolutely gorgeous.Oscar de la Renta on Cameron Diaz, dare I say... Best Dressed.

Charlize Theron, what the Hell? Dior I am so disappointed in you.
Jennifer Lopez why did you ask Armani to make you a dress out of bubble wrap?
Vera Farmiga I am sorry you had to stand on stage and talk about George Cloney in this thing! Marchesa! Too many ruffles!
Kate Winslet your beautiful but this dress is boring.
Penelope Cruz bad color, too much volume. I am sorry, I do not like this.
Mariah Carey...worst dressed. Why must you always dress like a whore? Not to mention your husband looked like your 16 year old son. This is the Oscars not the GMAs. Why are you here anyway?

Tale Pie

Heres something! In preparation for the new Alice In Wonderland movie that is due out of the womb tomorrow, a lovely spring'10 collection by Sretsis! The label owned by Parson's grad, Pim Sukhahuta! So, should I decide to attend Parsons there is hope for success! Anyway, thees adorable party dresses are simply wonderful and shall never become a drag. I must get all of them! But at this moment, at this time, this day, this place, my bank account, my longing for escape, and my utterly brutal thought process deems this task impossible.
Oh well! A girl can dream.

Ripped

Ripped tights I predict will be seen everywhere pretty soon. On the streets, in the library, in the bathroom, on Japanese television. Ripped tights have been seen on Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, Karen O, Dakota Fanning, Miley Cyrus, Kristen Stewart, Tyler Swift, Elle Magazine recently did a spread about this "new trend"Vera Wang's fall show had models featured with ripped tights.
I am finding it difficult to fall into this new trend. Yes, many pull the "ripped" off well, but then on others it looks like they ran into a garden of knives getting on the subway. Don't get me wrong, I love new and different trends and especially love making things at home for $5 that looks designer (in this case Vera Wang).
The Best way to pull of the ripped tight look would be to get a very thin sheer pair of black tights and rip vertically down without causing any major gashes.
However, I am not yet completely sold on this look. I do have many tights in my drawer that I believed were fatally ripped, but who knows, I might just put these tights on my legs.
But the real question is...is this "ripped" look chique or cheap?

And from now on I will continue to remind and remember and reflect on the moments that have indeed affected and tormented and changed my life for the better and the confusing but in all reality have set the pace of my day. I wish to hold on to the past for i'm worried I will not remember in the future. However I must not be caught up in the past, I do not wish to stay there. I want to move forward, but not too fast. I need to hold on to what I have while I have it. I am afraid of losing this feeling, this reaction to life, again...I need the months to move faster, and when the day arrives I need time to move so slow that it repeats itself eternally in my mind. Eternally yours.
